About Us
Keith Burgess has worked in many different roles within the motor trade for over twenty-five years; many of them at the oily end of a spanner. During this time he has worked for many great British motoring names including Hillman, Talbot and, of course, TVR. He also spent more than twelve years running his own garage and so appreciates the importance of a reliable supply of good quality parts.
In 2003 Keith started Clever Trevor. As the company grew, Keith brought onboard his brother, Graham, to oversee the administration, and more recently Russell Hinton (engineering graduate and fellow TVR enthusiast) to help develop the manufacturing areas of the company.
Clever Trevor originally supplied only to the TVR trade by sourcing difficult to obtain parts and manufacturing parts no longer available. We offer the most comprehensive stock of TVR parts together with reliable service. As enquires from private customers have increased and utilizing the vast knowledge and experience of TVRs the company has grown to accommodate and assist this new group of customers. Our aim is to produce the most comprehensive web site to aid identification of parts. All our upgrades (covering electrical and mechanical) are thoroughly tested and carry a warranty when fitted to the relevant vehicle. Clever Trevor endeavours to offer the most comprehensive parts list, to source new and genuine parts, and to develop new products that will enhance the performance of the vehicle while offering added durability to standard spare parts, all at reasonable prices.
