DOUBLE ADJUSTABLE S/ABS & SPRING SET, PART NO PT2
PRO-TECH SHOCKS 600 SERIES are made from 52 M/M diameter 6262 specification aluminium with adjustable spring seat platform for 2 ¼" I.D. springs. The 600 SERIES has independent bump and rebound adjustment, this allowed valving changes to be made at all shaft velocities without effecting the other valving adjustments. These shocks will give you the advantage over the competition at which a tyre is loaded or unloaded during dynamic weight transfer. Dynamic weight transfer is the transferring of weight from side to side during cornering, from rear to front during deceleration and from front to rear during acceleration. By changing the stiffness of the shock's independently on the racecar, we are adjusting the loadings on the tyres at different points on the racetrack, if done correctly good handling will result in getting you to the chequered flag first! PROTECH SHOCK ABSORBER/SPRING SET, PART NO PT1
Protech shock absorbers, are a high quality product suitable for fast road use and track days, at an affordable price and come complete with springs, adjustable spring platforms and adjustable damping. The control knob has only 13 click settings with a total movement of 300 degrees (less than one turn). A new internal sealing system is designed to eliminate high pressure bleeding so all movement of oil in bump and rebound is consistently controlled through the piston and base valve. These units are ultra light weight all aluminium design and the components used are C.N.C machined to a very high standard, they are then anodised in clear and black to give maximum protection and presentation.
